Hi — I’m moving out of a one-bedroom in Dos Ríos (Guanajuato City) and I’m looking to hire a reliable local person to manage the cleanout process for me.
What I need help with (scope):
- Take clear photos of items and create posts on Facebook Marketplace + local/expat groups
- Reply to messages and schedule pickups during set windows
- Coordinate pickup-only handoffs (there are stairs; buyers carry items down)
- Keep a simple list of what sold / what’s pending
- Help organize items into: sell / give away / donate / trash
- Must be comfortable coordinating pickups and screening buyers.
Available (bundles):
- Hand tools + power drill bundle (~20 hand tools + 1 drill) — $900 MXN
- 4 wooden storage shelves + plastic containers (bundle) — $900 MXN
- Seedling starting stand / plant rack — $400 MXN
- Hand puppets + puppet-making supplies (school/theater/workshops kit) — $600 MXN
- Microscope (One objective only. Useful for looking at garde soil fertility.) — $1,000 MXN
- Balcony furniture: Reclining lounge chair, wooden folding table, small BBQ grill — $800 MXN
- Oil-Filled Radiant Electric Space Heater with Thermostat — $500 MXN
Timeline: must be completed by July 31, 2026 (sooner is better).
Compensation: paid from the proceeds of items sold (we’ll agree on a % or fixed amount from sales).
Important: I also have a few sensitive documents that will be handled only by me (not part of the cleanout).
